Miskaffon - I am sorry that you didn't get the sarcasm in my comment in the obesity article. I absolutely agree with you. There are some cases where surgery is being used as an excuse for not eating properly and exercising, but all options should be available, especially for people with multiple medical problems that would make losing weight much more difficult.
